VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
Our Grad Night Party cannot happen without your help - both before and during the party! This is a wonderful way to celebrate our graduates together in a supportive way, sharing the highs and lows of our students' last year in high school.
JUNIOR/SOPHOMORE PARENTS NEEDED TO SHADOW THIS AMAZING EVENT
We are in need of any and all Junior and Sophomore parents to step up and collaborate with us. In order for this event to continue to be successful, junior and sophomore parents will need to understand this entire process for your upcoming graduates. If interested, please contact the Grad Night Committee, [email protected].
NIGHT OF THE PARTY
We will need help from parents the night of the Grad Party and encourage parents of Juniors and Sophomores to volunteer to join in the fun.
Please visit our Sign-Up Genius to learn about volunteer opportunities throughout the week of graduation (June 1-5), and at Grad Night (June 5).
THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING
Grad Night Location? Location details will be shared closer to Grad Night. We keep the Grad Night venue a surprise for students for as long as possible—thank you for helping us maintain the tradition.
Can younger students or siblings volunteer? To preserve the magic of Grad Night for younger students and siblings, they are not permitted to volunteer at Grad Night on June 5.
ITEMS NEEDED
No time to volunteer? Please consider making a donation of prizes, cash, gift cards, dorm items, or anything a college/trade school/professional/adventure bound student might want. These will be awarded as prizes during Grad Night to lucky Seniors.
