Here is the final instruction information, including a list of things you can (and maybe should) bring, as well as a list of things you cannot bring.

All items you want to bring MUST fit into the 2-gallon plastic bag handed out at the Senior BBQ on Wednesday, June 3.

This packed bag MUST be returned at the Graduation Breakfast at WHS on Friday, June 5 between 7:30am-8:15am

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
  • If graduates wish to change clothes after the graduation ceremony, you must do so after the ceremony, before boarding the buses. You will not be allowed back into Memorial Coliseum to change clothes. You will need to find a location to change (parent’s car, friend’s car, etc.) before boarding the buses. Hand off your graduation clothes to someone to take home for you – you cannot bring a second bag of clothes with you to the party venue. If graduates prefer to change once they arrive at the party location, their clothes must be in the one bag provided to them and checked in that morning.
  • All items you want to bring must fit into the plastic bag provided and MUST be returned at the Graduation Breakfast on Friday, June 5. The only exceptions are your phone and car keys.
  • Graduates will not need to bring any cash to the event – all activities, food, and drinks are included in the original ticket price when you registered for the party.
  • MEDICATIONS: OTC items such as Advil, Tylenol, etc. will be available at the venue in the bag check area.
  • For any prescription medicines: if you have a prescription you need to bring but it does not need to be with you (i.e. inhaler, epi pen, etc.) please put them in a clear plastic bag with your name and dose/frequency on it to hand to your bus monitor when you board the bus to go to the party venue after graduation. Please also send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Medications” prior to the event letting us know you’ll be dropping one off with your bus monitor.

What should I wear to the grad party?
Ideally you should plan to change into comfy clothes after the ceremony, before getting onto the bus and send your graduation clothes home with someone.  Remember, you will not be allowed back into Memorial Coliseum to change your clothes. Make plans ahead of time to locate a changing location!
You will need to hand off your graduation clothes to someone to take back for you – you cannot bring a second bag of clothes with you to the party venue. If graduates prefer to change once they arrive at the party location, their clothes must be in the 2-gallon plastic bag that was turned in at the graduation breakfast.

How do we get home after the party?
Buses will drop EVERYONE off at the high school after the party has ended, at approximately 3:00am. Please leave a car at the high school or make arrangements to get a ride home from the high school.
