STEP 2: FILL OUT THE REGISTRATION FORM, MEDICAL RELEASE, AND ACTIVITY WAIVER
The Grad Night function is under the leadership of parent and community volunteers as a non-profit and runs independently from Wilsonville High School.
This form is required in order for students to attend 2026 Grad Night. Please fill out a separate form for each student. Both registration form and payment must be received to be considered registered for Grad Night.
